Accelerated Parenting for Fostering

Average parents have 18 years to prepare their child to venture out from the house, while foster parents have about 6 months or less to do the same.

To love Jesus Christ, to trust in Jesus Christ, and to take Jesus with them wherever they go.

Areas of Focus

When children develop in the following six areas, they experience healing and create a positive impact on their future.

Relationship with Jesus Christ

Learning to communicate with Jesus and trusting Him for protection and healing.

Community Engagement

Showing an understanding of and commitment to contributing positively to their community and society at large.

Emotional Maturity

The ability to manage emotions, handle stress, and demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges.

Interpersonal Skills

Effective communication, empathy, conflict resolution, and the ability to form healthy relationships.

Problem-Solving Skills

The capacity to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.

Accountability

Taking responsibility for their actions, learning from mistakes, and being dependable in fulfilling commitments.

“Jesus is the only way children who suffer from trauma will find healing.”
